How to Create Multiple Adsense Accounts

with separate address from that of previous one to create another Adsense account. It means one individual cannot have two Adsense accounts but your siblings, spouse or a friend can have another account for you.

You have two options.

1. Create an account in name of some relative or friend but use a separate address.

2. Register a company and create Adsense account in name of that business. You will need a bank account in name of that company in order to receive payments. To have more then one account, setup multiple companies and have Adsense account in their name. Only limitation is that they should have separate address.

Some have worried about using their Adsense accounts from the same I.P. I haven’t seen this to be a problem. Set your accounts up legitimately and don’t worry about it.

This is the legitimate way of setting up multiple Adsense accounts. There are many ways to do it non-legit ;)

how do I make money from Google Adsense? Let me share some AdSense Tips that heve helped me.

This will be the first in a series of posts on this topic. Let me say up front I’m no expert – there are a lot of people out there making a lot more money than I am using Adsense – however most of them are not telling their secrets – well not for free anyway. I’ve got no secrets to hide and am willing to share what I’ve learnt since I signed up for the program 8 months ago. If you want a REAL expert’s opinion on Adsense I’d recommend buying Joel Comm’s What Google Never Told You About Making Money with Adsense E-Book. Joel earns $15,000 per month from Adsense and has some good things to share.

I know some bloggers are put off or offended by the idea of making money from blogging so I’ll try not to let these posts dominate my blog – however if you are not interested in the topic, simply skip over these posts.

I am going to assume a few things in this series to cut down the amount of introductory comments I have to make. Here is what I am assuming:

  • You have a blog. Whilst most of the following tips will apply to other types of websites I run Adsense on blogs and will speak from that experience.
  • You have (or will) read a basic overview of Adsense and have some understanding of what it is.
  • You have(or will) read the program policies as outlined by Google. These give details of site eligibility, ad placements and other requirements for using the system.

Adsense Tips for Bloggers 1

How do you make money from the Google Adsense Program? What AdSense Tips can you share with us?

I have been asked this question so many times in the past few weeks that I thought I should write something on the topic. It seems increasingly bloggers want to try to cover their hosting and ISP costs with some revenue from their blog – and increasingly they’re doing it and are able to make a few (or quite a lot) dollars on the side. Many are turning to Google’s Adsense program.

Covering costs of my Digital Photography Blog is why I originally signed up with Google Adsense – blogging can get expensive when you have high levels of traffic and a lot of pages.

Whilst the agreement you sign with Google stresses that you are not allowed to give specific information about your earnings from the program I can say that I’m glad I’ve signed up because its well and truly covered my costs – and then some. In fact I think its quite feasible to expect that Adsense coupled with other strategies for making money from Blogging could quite easily generate a decent living. It takes time and hard work, but I think its very doable. (Update: Since writing this series I’ve revealed that I am now looking at making over a six figure income this year in 2005 from blogging).

Adsense Notifier What is Adsense Notifier?

What is Adsense Notifier?

Adsense Notifier displays your Adsense earnings on your Firefox status bar. It allows you to easily see your earnings at a glance instead of logging into the Adsense website multiple times a day.

Install Adsense Notifier

Install Adsense Notifier 0.9.8 now.

Adsense Notifier simply shows your adsense stats on the status bar and updates the stats automatically. This is wonderful for anyone with OCD ( or GAD as some have called it ) who needs to check their stats every three seconds to see if they have gotten any more clicks :-p

Version Notes

– Updated for Firefox 3.0 (new password manager)
– Removed a while loop that was causing lockups/delays for some users
– Fixed an issue where users weren’t notified that the AdSense Terms and
Conditions were updated

Thank you to all the users of Adsense Notifier for the praise and feedback that you have given me. Please consider linking to http://code.mincus.com if you do use this extension. Also, I am also looking for users to help translate Adsense Notifier to the languages supported by Google for Adsense. Please contact me if you are interested in providing a translation of Adsense Notifier.

AutoResponse Email from Google Adsense

Thanks for writing in about your PIN. We understand that you’ve been unable to receive your PIN. In order to resolve this issue, you have two options:
1. You can respond to this email and attach a digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement, or telephone bill displaying your payee name and mailing address as it appears in your account. If you select this option, please note that we’re only able to accept information printed in one of our supported languages. You can find a list of supported languages at https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=9727.
2. Alternatively, please review your address information and respond to this email. If there’s an error in your address, you can update it by following these steps:

- Log in to your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense
- Click the ‘My Account’ tab.
- Under the ‘Payee Information’ section, click ‘Edit’
- Edit the appropriate address fields. Please note that the Country and Payee Name fields cannot be edited.
- Click ‘Save Changes’

Once we receive your response, we’ll be happy to send you another PIN by standard mail.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team”

Now, simply response to this email with a scanned copy of your government issued ID card, bank statement, or telephone bill. If your CNIC or other documents are not in support languages then you need to translate it into supported language with the help of Notary Public. Government of Pakistan issues ID card in Urdu language which is not supported language. So you need to contact any authorized notary public for translation of CNIC in English which you can scan and email to Adsense Support in response to above email. Please make sure that address should be the same as it appears in your Adsense account.

You might have to send it twice or thrice but finally you will get this email from Adsense Support which will make you happy and your payment hold will be lifted.

“Thanks for your email. After verifying your ID proof, I am happy to let
you know that I have manually overridden your PIN requirement and you
won’t be required to enter another PIN for this account in the future.
Going forward, please keep in mind that if your payments are on hold for
any reason other than PIN or phone verification, you’ll need to remove the
holds prior to the 15th in order to be paid in that month. Otherwise, your
outstanding earnings will roll-over to the following month and you’ll be
paid out according to our normal payment cycle.
Once you’ve removed any additional holds from your account, you’ll be
issued a payment at the end of the first month after your balance reaches
US $100.”

So, stop worrying about Adsense PIN and keep working hard to get more visitors and content which will bring more Adsense Income.

Here is the link of Adsense PIN Procedure

https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35870

As you can see in the above link that your Adsense pin will be issued once your account balance reaches $10 for the first time and you should receive your Adsense pincode within 3 to 4 weeks at your address depending upon your location.

New Adsense publishers get so much excited about it and the start checking mails and some also visit post offices asking about mails from Google Adsense. The excitement soon converts into anguish and they start worrying about Adsense PIN with the passage of time.

With a mixed feeling of excitement and anguish they decide to email Google Adsense Support but they get an annoying AutoResponse emails stating that we have once again sent you the PIN which you will get it another 4-5 weeks which further aggravate this situation.

After getting a lot of Emails you will finally get this Auto Response email.

How to activate your Google Adsense Account Without receiving PIN Code?

A large number of new Adsense Publishers fail to receive their Adsense PIN code at their address especially in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and other developing countries. Resultantly, they either lose interest in Adsense business or they decide to quit using it.

There is no need to worry about Google Adsense PIN because it is just a Google Adsense procedure to verify the accuracy of your contact information and to help ensure that you can receive your payments. There are some other ways that you can verify your address and remove the Payment Hold at your Adsense Account. It is important to understand the complete procedure:

Disadvantages Of Adsense

One problem is inappropriate ads. You don't want spammy junk advertised on your site. Google's standards probably aren't as high as yours. You can filter out 200 URLs, but in some industries that won't be enough.

The stats Google supplies are inadequate. They're easy to understand at a glance. However, they don't tell you exactly which ads people are clicking on, or which keywords are involved. That's frustrating.

Also, I'd like to be able to identify and block ads that have very low payout rates, without doing a lot of sleuthing and messing around.

The ad panels say "Ads by Google" - free advertising for Google. You don't earn anything if someone clicks on that link.

The minimum payout is $100, which is regarded as too high by sites which don't receive much traffic. That won't worry experienced webmasters.

Also, sites that want to display AdSense ads may not include "other content-targeted and/or text-based ads on the pages displaying AdWords ads." However, human beings review the sites. Rejected sites have been able to appeal successfully.

Another disadvantage is that Google doesn't allow you to share your stats with other webmasters. The AdSense Terms and Conditions say:

"Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose Google Confidential Information without Google's prior written consent. 'Google Confidential Information' includes without limitation: ... (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Site performance in the Program provided to you by Google..."

That's really weird. Web site owners need to be able to share such information and discuss successes and failures.

A big disadvantage of the service is that Google doesn't say how much its AdSense partners will receive. You'll just receive an unknown share of the revenue.

Only a company with the goodwill and respect Google has earned could get away with such a cheeky offer.

Google says:

"How much will I earn through this program? The AdWords ads you are able to display on your content pages are cost-per-click (CPC) ads. This means that advertisers pay only when users click on ads. You'll receive a portion of the amount paid for clicks on AdWords ads on your website. Although we don't disclose the exact revenue share, our goal is to enable publishers to make as much or more than they could with other advertising networks."

So the only way to know how much you'll earn is to try it and see. If you want to bail out, all you have to do is remove the code from your site.

Don't put all your eggs in the AdSense basket. If Google discovers fraudulent clicks on ads appearing on your pages, it can dump your site from the service, and refuse to pay you all revenue owed. Some webmasters who claim total innocence have had this happen to them.

Google has made several changes to its AdSense FAQ, clarifying varying things. For example, it IS possible to apply for separate accounts for separate web sites. I've done so, and checked with Google that it's OK in my case. Read the rules - they look ambiguous to me. If in doubt, ask first!

Some time after the launch of AdSense, Google added "channels" which improve the tracking. I strongly recommend that you experiment with these.

Sites with "excessive advertising" are being rejected.

PLEASE read the rules and FAQ. When I looked, some advice in the rules contradicted advice in the FAQ. If in any doubt, ask their support staff. They're very helpful.

AdSense's advantages

AdSense is simple to join.

It's easy to paste a bit of code into your pages.

It's free to join.

You don't have to spend time finding advertisers.

Google provides well written, highly relevant ads - chosen to closely match the content on your pages.

You don't have to waste time choosing different ads for different pages.

You don't have to mess around with different code for various affiliate programs.

You're free to concentrate on providing good content and Google does the work of finding the best ads for your pages from 100,000 AdWords advertisers.

It's suitable for beginners or marketing veterans.

AdSense provides simple, easy-to-understand stats.

If you have affiliate links on your site, you ARE allowed to add AdSense ads. However, with your affiliate links, you must not mimic the look and feel of the Google ads.

You can filter up to 200 URLs, so you can block ads for sites that don't meet your standards. You can also block strong competitors.

Inevitably, AdSense is competing strongly for space on web sites with all other revenue sharing opportunities.

If you own a small web site you can plug a bit of AdSense code into your site and almost instantly relevant text ads that are likely to appeal to your visitors will appear on your pages.

If you own several sites, you need apply only once. This makes AdSense much simpler than joining a bunch of affiliate programs.

As you can see, I'm really keen on this revenue sharing service.

How to boost your AdSense revenue AdSense often easier than affiliate programs

Google's AdSense is a superb revenue generating opportunity for small, medium and large web sites.

Some webmasters are designing brand new sites specifically for serving AdSense text ads. (It's against the AdSense rules to design a site purely for AdSense, so you'll want to include a few affiliate links or sell your own product, too.

AdSense allows you to serve text-based Google AdWords on your web site and receive a share of the pay-per-click payment. AdSense ads are similar to the AdWords ads you see on the right-hand side at Google when you do a search there.

AdSense is having a huge impact on the affiliate marketing industry. It's often much easier to generate revenue from AdSense than from an affiliate program.

Weak affiliate merchants will die faster than ever.

If you're a merchant running a lousy affiliate program, now's the time to improve it FAST.

Chicken Or The Egg? SBI! Came First

Site Build It!'s "theme-based content site" is a flexible, long-term proven strategy. Site Build It! existed well before Google AdSense did. SBI! owners were earning income by selling services and products, through affiliate links and in in many other ways years before Google released AdSense.

Google AdSense was just another way to make money for SBI! owners. And it is indeed an excellent way for the total novice to quickly realize that money can be made online by anyone, as well as for the more advanced marketer to add into an overall monetization plan.

Of course, nowadays, you see many "Get Rick Quick" pitches. They sell systems about making fast and shoddy sites just to earn Google AdSense income (ex., "mini-sites" or building many "free blogs"). These "Made For AdSense" sites are doomed, yet one more cruel trick at the expense of the unsuspecting.

But the truth remains. Done properly, ethically, and with quality, Google AdSense and Site Build It! enable you to create and monetize, exactly as these satisfied SBI! owners demonstrate...

Get Paid For Your Traffic...And That Is Just The Beginning

Google AdSense and SBI! are the perfect hand-in-glove fit for you to get your feet wet in the waters of e-business. This powerful combination gives you...

  • a site that attracts high volumes of motivated, on-target visitors, and
  • a powerful model for monetizing that traffic.

Click, sit back and understand
why SBI! makes you succeed.

Here's how...

Site Build It! (SBI!) takes what you know and love (from work experience, hobbies, passions, or pastimes), and helps you turn that into your own unique content on your own unique Web site. You use the SBI! system of no-tech-skills-needed tools to execute the flawless step-by-step process to build a theme-based content site that generates targeted traffic.

Google uses its advanced, proprietary technology and algorithms to determine the content of each of your site's Web pages. It then delivers ads that are contextually relevant to your audience. For every ad clicked, you receive money.

End result?

  1. You convert free traffic (built by you at the Search Engines through SBI!) into paid traffic (paid by advertisers). The beauty is that once you build organic Search Engine traffic, it keeps building and building... free. But advertisers have to keep paying.
  2. Your focus stays on what you love to do, creating more quality theme-based content that fulfills the needs of...

    • your visitors who are searching for your solutions, information, cures (that's the "content" you deliver)
    • the Search Engines whose job it is to deliver quality, content-rich, relevant sites to their searching customers
    • yourself as a business owner. Relevant content attracts and PREsells new and returning visitors who see you as a credible expert in your niche.
  3. The traffic, and the income, now take care of themselves. And, best of all, you can add many other more monetization models once you have built this foundation!

Google AdSense & Site Build It!... The Perfect Marriage Is Only The Beginning

What's stopping you from starting a business on the Net?

No time to deal with customers?

No services to offer?

No hard goods to sell?

Don't know how to create and market digital goods?

No problem!

A Web site, when properly built, is the ultimate niche business-building vehicle. Thanks to Google AdSense, you never even need to deal with customers. Thanks to Site Build It!, you can now publish a high-quality information site that attracts hundreds, then thousands, of targeted visitors per day, people who click on your Google AdSense ads and earn you substantial income. Yes....

How To Find A Profitable Adsense Niche

The profitability of an Adsense niche is primarily based on the amount that Adwords advertisers are spending to compete in that niche.

Remember that an Adsense ad is only an Adwords ad that is appearing on your site and not Google. The amount that an ad generates per click is therefore directly related to the amount that Adwords advertisers are paying per click. Bottom line - if they are paying more we earn more.

So how can you find out which niches (and which keywords inside those niches) advertisers are spending more money on?

I use two different methods:

1. Keyword Research With Keyword Country

As you will have probably have started to gather I cannot lay enough praise on this tool. In fact I struggle to understand how I researched, chose and targeted niche sites before I got hold of it...it's that good. Aswell as being able to search by category or keyword you can also search by price range. For example, you can decide to find keywords that have an average cpc of say between $18 and $20. If you enter this price range it will return a list of keywords which fall inside that parameter - in this case - 3957 different keyword phrases.

The top 5 rated keywords in this cpc range were: "credit card", "free credit report", "mortgage rates", "consolidate debt" and "website hosting". All you need to do is go down the list work out which ones would be suitable for an Adsense monetized information site, extend your keyword research by taking your chosen phrase and entering it into the search box, build the content, integrate the Adsense and promote your new website.

AdSense AdSense core

This module provides web content providers with the means to earn revenue from visitors by displaying ads from Google AdSense™ advertising service on their sites.

Why should you use it:

  • AdSense for Search and Drupal are incompatible as both use the 'q' query for different purposes. Using this module, you can display the search results in your site.
  • Protects you from displaying more ads in a page than the maximum allowed by Google
  • The module provides easy-to-use ad blocks.
  • You can easily disable the ads for certain roles.
  • Provides simple controls for troubleshooting the ads before going live with the site.
  • If Google changes some minor details in the script in , your script can be updated site-wide just by upgrading the module.
  • If you want to do ad revenue sharing, there's really no other option

Why shouldn't you use it:

  • Strictly speaking, this module is not in compliance with the AdSense TOS, since you're not exactly copy-pasting the script code in your site. No one has ever reported being banned because of using this module, and Google knows of its existence, and seem not to mind.

The module is composed by the following sub-modules:

  • AdSense core: Common module stuff. Required, but useless without an ad generator module.
  • Managed ads: Ad generator that produces the same ad script code as currently generated by Google.
  • CSE Search: Generates a Custom Search Engine form and the results page.
  • Ads (old): Ad generator using the old script generated by Google upto 2008, but which is still supported by Google for displaying ads.
  • Search (old): Generates a Search form and the results page using the old method which allowed the user to select the domain being searched.
  • Revenue sharing (old): Enables the site owner to share the revenue between page authors in a configurable percentage. Only works with the old ad generator modules.
  • Click Tracking: tries to track clicks on the displayed ads, usually failing to do so.

The module provides an API for selecting the publisher ID to be used to display ads.

Please read the README.txt that is included in the module for more details.

An update from AdSense about the response to Haiti Earthquake

We've heard from many of our AdSense publishers about your concern for the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti. We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about some of the efforts Google is making to help the people of Haiti respond to this catastrophe.

Google is donating $1 million to organizations on the ground that are rescuing those still trapped and providing clean water, food, medical care, shelter and support to those affected. For more information on Google's efforts and opportunities to get involved, please visit the Google Blog.
